At Liquid Kicks, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately at 405-596-8845 so we can arrange a replacement.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted in some cases. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 3days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship a replacement. The cost to exchange your items is $5, which is only a portion of the shipping costs that we will have to pay. We reserve the right to refuse exhanges.

Refunds
Refunds are accepted only for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 405-596-8845. Once the order has been shipped, refunds will not be issued.

Returns
Returns are accepted for defective products only. To return a defective item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will provide a replacement. Liquid Kicks does not accept returns for non-defective products.
